Crysis 2 Review

Hey Guys, I've spent about two weeks on Crysis 2 but not on the campaign. I've spent most of my time playing the multiplayer than the campaign. Anyways, let's get started!


Story: 8
Crysis 2 is a pretty long game, I think there is about 19 levels in the game. Anyways, the storyline for Crysis 2 is pretty good. There are some really great moments in the game, and most of them are emotional.

Graphics: 9.5
CryEngine 3 unleashes the full power of any other engines out there. The environment around you is extremely detailed and the sounds are excellent. Although, there can be some glitches to the game engine.

Multiplayer: 8
The multiplayer is enjoyable although nobody is really playing the game online. I think it's about 12 players in a match. And I think the multiplayer can use a little work.

Gameplay: 8.5
It's pretty hard to learn the controls, so try getting used to them. It doesn't really feel like your typical first person shooter. You can cloak, use full armor, and slide. The way to switch weapons will also take some time to learn. But the best part is that you can get tactical assist if needed.

VGT SCORE: 9.5 OUT OF 10
This game brings out some fresh new elements to a first person shooter. The graphics are perfect for those of you who play in HD. Although, the Multiplayer can use some work. As for the story, it's really good, especially in cinematic scenes. Crysis 2 is nearly perfect and I recommend you play the game.
