Everything New announced for Call of Duty: Ghosts

Hey Guys, the new multiplayer for Call of Duty: Ghosts was reveled earlier today. Since there were so things announced about Ghosts, I'll do mini posts for each announcement.

The Trailer itself

I'm not going to lie, but Ghosts by far has the best trailer for any other Call of Duty game. New mechanics are actually being put into the game. Not only new mechanics, but also a new game engine that allows for environmental destruction. I'm more hyped about the whole character customization option in this game than anything else so far. Based on the trailer, it may be speculated that female characters may even be playable in the multiplayer.

The Prestige and Hardened Edition

For the first time in a long time, Call of Duty: Ghosts will have a Prestige edition. There is also a Hardened Edition available at a much more cheaper cost. First let me talk about the Hardened Edition of the game.
The Hardened Edition is available for $119.99 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. The Hardened Edition comes with,

  • Call of Duty: Ghosts game
  • The Season Pass
  • Steelbook case
  • Paracord Strap
  • Some Digital content including a player patch, card, background, and the official soundtrack.
Now it's time to discuss the Prestige Edition.

The Prestige edition includes everything the Hardened Edition contains. However, a 1080p camera is included in the Prestige Edition of the game. This will cost $199.99. That almost the equivalent cost of a console.

Before I end this post, I must mention that your stats on Current-gen consoles will carry over to Next-gen consoles as well. The same goes for soon-to-be Battlefield 4 owners. There is also a Squads mode in Ghosts.
Till Next Time!!
