Battlefield Premium Reaches 1.3 Million Users

Hey Guys, in just two weeks Battlefield Premium has reached over 800,000 members. I have to admit, that's a great profit for EA.

It was just announced that the Battlefield Premium service has reached over 1.3 million users. I have to give credit that this service is available at the one time price of $50.

The Darkness II Review

Hey Guys, this is actually a very late review that I started a couple of months ago and didn't finish it. But anyway, did The Darkness II live up to its hype? Or fail miserably?

Gameplay: 8.5
The gameplay feels strange, in a good way. You can use The Darkness by slashing and throwing objects at enemies while simultaneously shooting at them. Also, a hit marker is added to make sure you're enemies are dead. I can say that the gameplay is not your typical FPS. But, there is way to many cinematic moments in the game which makes it feel more of a movie. And you're able to level up your Darkness powers.

Story: 9
The story is really good, but the game is short depending on you're experience. However, there is a lot of twist and turns in the game. And it makes you choose hard decision during some points in the game.

Graphics: 8
The graphics look like Borderlands, but they are detailed. However, some parts of the environment around you look bland, but acceptable.

Multiplayer: 7
The Darkness II doesn't have cooperative multiplayer but it does have co-op missions. But I really didn't enjoy them since they are short and really boring. So I don't think the multiplayer is worth a try.

VGT SCORE: 8.5 OUT OF 10 (GREAT)
The story is very good and really has that "dark" mood into it. Gameplay really stands out and doesn't feel like your typical first person shooter. Graphics look like Borderlands, but doesn't run on Unreal Engine 3. The multiplayer was really disappointing. I really suggest you pick up this game, it's worth it. But I have to be honest, the replay level is low, so rent it before you buy it.

Editorial: Warfighter will be better than Black Ops 2! (Biased Opinion)

Hey Guys, Medal Of Honor Warfighter is on the way and so is Call Of Duty Black Ops 2. In 2010, Medal Of Honor was a disappointment while Call Of Duty Black Ops was both a critical and financial hit. But it's 2012 and Medal Of Honor is ready for a comeback.

Let's face it COD fans, there's always a new Call Of Duty game every year and it feels more of an add-on rather then it's own game. I can admit that I do play COD, but not as much anymore. I love Battlefield, Medal Of Honor, and Call Of Duty, so don't be hating on me afterwards. Let me list why Warfighter will beat Black Ops 2 this year.
  • The graphics and visuals for Warfighter will beat Black Ops 2 for sure since it utilizes the Frostbite 2 engine.
  • Warfighter will be more realistic than Black Ops 2 since it went 100% unrealistic.
  • The multiplayer for Warfighter might even be better than Battlefield 3 which can beat the multiplayer for Black Ops 2.
On the negative side, Black Ops 2 will sell more than Warfighter since there is a lot of COD fanatics in the world(mostly annoying 12 year olds).

I can admit that I already pre-ordered Black Ops 2 before knowing Warfighter was announced. Also, I really hate COD players who call themselves "gamers" when all they play is COD. Plus, one very stupid COD player said that Max Payne 3 was a COD ripoff. Wow, I don't remember that you can use slow motion in COD. And like I said, I'm no fanboy, I'm just being biased. And, I going to buy both Black Ops 2 and Warfighter.

Gears Of War: Judgment Release Date

Hey Guys, the release date of Gears Of War: Judgment was confirmed at Comic-Con. A little side note, Judgment is a prequel, not a sequel to Gears Of War 3.

Gears Of War: Judgment is set to release on March 19, 2013. The new OverRun mode looks really cool in my opinion. But I'm still having mixed opinions on the game since it's a prequel.

Battlefield 4 Beta included with a pre-order of Medal Of Honor: Warfighter on EA Origin

Hey Guys, a recent ad on Orgin states that if you pre-order Medal Of Honor: Warfighter on their website, then you'll gain access to the Battlefield 4 beta. But EA never did confirm it, it was only rumored.

I'm just wondering, DICE is still making Battlefield 3 DLC until March of 2013 which is End Game, and I don't think they'll have enough time to develop Battlefield 4. But I'm anticipating it to release late 2013 or early 2014.
