The Walking Dead Review

Hey Guys, I was interested in the Walking Dead the game after it won Game of the Year at the Spike VGAs. I must say that this dramatic-horror game deserves that title.
Story: 9.5
The Walking Dead is very impressive with its story. It's episodic, so you'll have to pay for all five episodes. You're better off getting this game on a disc. Anyway, you play as Lee Everett who is pretty much trying to protect the little girl Clementine. The story overall is filled with surprises that will keep you on the edge of your seat. The game can also be extremely depressing (especially episodes 3 and 5) which can be very disturbing to some players. If you already played the game, you'll know why this game is so sad.

Gameplay: 9
This entire game is driven by the choices you make, which is unique. But this is a point-and-click game, so there's really nothing too special about the gameplay. I must not also forget that you have to solve puzzles in order to find a solution based on your situation.

Graphics: 8
The Walking Dead is based on the comics, so the graphics are supposed to seem similar to a comic book. I think it looks good and it's in HD at least!

The Walking Dead has an impressive story and benefits with incredible voice acting. It's a point-and-click game, but it's driven by the choices you make. The graphics aren't meant to be perfect, but The Walking Dead is a good example that graphics don't make a good game.

Two Gamers #14- A Very Marcus Christmas!

Superm6031: Hey Guys, looks like the world didn't end after all. I feel bad for anyone who wasted thousands of dollars on supplies and found out the world didn't end. Anyways, here's the third Christmas special for Two Gamers!
*Two Days Ago..*
Marcus: Hey Rob, you finish your work yet?
Rob: I finished 20 minutes ago.
Marcus: Wow your such a try hard!
Rob: What do you mean?
Marcus: I didn't even have to start mine.
Rob: Marcus, you do realize that this packet is due in about an hour.
Marcus: I know
Rob: Well start it or you're going to get fired!
Marcus: HA! The world's going to end tomorrow so nothing matters anymore!
Rob: Marcus, it's just the end of the calender nothing's going to happen.
Marcus: Who said nothing going to happen!?
Rob: About two-thirds of the world population.
Marcus: Well two-thirds of the world population are idiots!
Rob: Well, whatever you say Marcus.
Marcus: I'm so confident that the world is going to end tomorrow that I'm going to tell the boss off!
Rob: I highly doubt you will.
*5 minutes later*
Marcus: Well Rob, I'm now a free man!
Rob: Oh my god, you actually did it.
Marcus: Now if you need me, I'll be at home playing some Halo.
Marcus: Eat this you stupid noobs!
Nick: Hey Marcus I heard you just got fired.
Marcus: Yeah, I know I did.
Nick: I hope you know the world isn't going to end.
Marcus: Trust me it will!
Nick: Suit yourself.
*The next day*
Marcus: Wait, I'M STILL ALIVE!!??
*The phone rings*
Marcus: Hello?
Rob: I'm still here Marcus
Marcus: Screw you Rob!
*Hangs Up*
Marcus: Oh man, now I got no job and I'm a complete idiot.
*Bells Ring*
Marcus: What's that noise?
Marcus: What the fuc-
Rob: Marcus!! You were right! The world's ending!
Marcus: HAHA! I told you so.
Rob: Don't push it!
*Marley barges in*
Marley: Are you guys seeing this!? Santa's laying toy zombies everywhere!
Marcus: Holy Crap, really?
Marley: No! He's giving us free money! OF COURSE HE LAYING TOY ZOMBIES!
Rob: Okay, what are we going to do?
Marley: We can't do anything, the world's coming to an end. I should have listened to the Mayans!
Darry: Guys Santa is seriously pissed off at us!
Marcus: Darry, how did you get into my house? As a matter of fact, how did any of you get into my house!?
Darry: Oh, there's a big gaping hole in your living room.
Marcus: If there's a hole in my living room, wouldn't those zombies be her-
*Zombies start breaking the door*
Marley: Oh no we're screwed, Game Over, Man! Gamer Over!
Marcus: No this game is just got on!
*Pulls out a 9mm*
Darry: Where did you get the gun!?
Marcus: Are you serious, there's a pile of them over on the corner right there.
Rob: Didn't see that coming.
Marcus: Come on guys, we can climb down this window.
Darry: You have a window?
Marcus: Just because I play video games all day doesn't mean I don't like the sun. Now let's go!
*They climb out the window*
Nick: HOLY GOD!!
Marcus: Nick, what are doing behind my trash cans!
Nick: I'm hiding!
Marcus: Yeah I can see that, now let's go.
Darry: Hey Guys! We can take my car!
Marley: You mean your mom's car?
Darry: Shut up!
Marcus: No, both of you shut up.
Rob: We can fight later, now let's go.
Marcus: No, I have a plan.
Nick: Well let's hear it!
Marcus: We have to eliminate the creator of the zombies, which is Santa. If we kill him, then the world is safe. So we have to succeed.
Rob: What happens if we don't succeed!?
Marcus: We must succeed!
Nick: But Santa is in town! That's a danger zone.
Marcus: Then we'll have to travel on vehicle. And we're not taking Darry's car!
Darry: Oh I see how it is!
*Car Pulls Up*
Bob: Hey Guys! I'm back from vacation!
Marcus: Where have you been, Bob?
Bob: I already told you, remember?
Marcus: I don't and I really can care less.
Bob: Well whatever, I'm headed home!
Marcus: Don't you not know that the apocalypse is occurring right now?
Bob: I know, that's why I'm headed home, so I can hide somewhere.
Marcus: Bob, we need your car.
Bob: Well, okay get in!
*10 minutes later*
Rob: Are we there yet?
Marley: We haven't even moved, you idiot!
Rob: Oh, didn't see that coming.
Marcus: Well it's hard to drive with all this traffic.
Darry: We can take that alley on the left.
Marcus: Good idea, Bob turn left!
Bob: With pleasure!
*Turns Left*
Nick: Hey Marcus! I can see Santa!
Marcus: Bob, drive after that slay!
Bob: Santa is causing all of this?
Marcus: No, Sarah Jessica Parker is, OF COURSE IT'S SANTA!
Bob: Well you don't need to yell.
Nick: Marcus, get the window open and try to blow him out of the sky!
*Opens Window*
Marcus: Alright Santa, time to get a gift from me!
Santa: I'm one step ahead of ya!
*Throws a ball*
Bob: A basketball?
Marley: Why is it hot?
*Blows Up*
Marcus: Ugh! Tear gas! Bob, pull over!
*Pulls Over*
Rob: Well we lost the car, now what?
Santa: Time to die boys!
Marcus: That's what!
*Zombies appear*
Nick: Oh great, this is a big mess we got ourselves into!
Marley: No kidding!
Darry: We can't take these guys out!
Marcus: Can't we?
*Pulls out an M60*
Rob: Where did you get that!
Marcus: It's just movie fiction, don't worry about it.
*Fires away*
Marcus: See? All better now.
Marley: We still have to take Santa out.
Marcus: Oh yeah, that's right.
Santa: Too bad boys, you can't stop me!
?: But I can!
*Santa gets shot*
Santa: Ugh! Who are you!
?: You're worst nightmare!
Santa: No!
Marcus: Santa's dead guys!
Marley: Well that was faster than I thought it was!
Rob: But who killed him?
?: I did.
Rob: Oh my god! Master Chief!
Master Chief: That's right, I killed Santa!
Santa: Like you really did!
Master Chief: What!
*Impales Master Chief*
Master Chief: Run guys!
Rob: NO!
Marcus: Come on we have to go!
Rob: We can't leave him here!
Marcus: We have no choice, he's gone!
Rob: But..
Marcus: COME ON!
Santa: I'm unstoppable! YOU CAN'T KILL ME!!
Marcus: Don't worry Santa, I'm one step ahead of you.
*Pulls out a switch*
Darry: Where did you get that!
Marcus: It was in Santa's bag right over there. And I planted some C4 around while he was "dead".
*Pulls Trigger*
Rob: Whoa!
Nick: Did we do it?
*It starts to snow and the zombies disappear*
Marcus: Yeah, we did it.
*Two days later*
Marcus: Well, I still don't have a job and life is still is as crappy as ever.
Rob: It's typical.
Marcus: Well, Merry Christmas to me.
Superm6031: Well even though life is crap for Marcus, he saved everyone elses'.

Call Of Duty Black Ops II Review

Hey Guys, many days (maybe months) have passed since I posted anything, but I have been very busy lately. Anyways, I got Black Ops 2 on the day it released and didn't get a chance to review it, but I can say that it's an improvement from the first Black Ops.

Story: 9
The story may be short, but the story is better than the first Black Ops. However, the branching story line can really be a pain since you could end up with an ending you won't like and decisions you won't like either. At least Treyarch tried to make the game more different from the previous Call Of Duty games by making Black Ops 2 less linear. I also admire that you're able to customize your own loadout in the campaign. May I also mention that this has to be the easiest Call Of Duty to date to beat on Veteran difficulty. Don't get me started on Strike Force missions, you are practically doing all the work yourself and your AIs are just plain out dumb that it's not even laughable.

Graphics: 8
The IW engine is outdated and starts to show its age. However, for the time in the series, when you prone a gun animation is shown instead of completely disappearing from the screen, kind of like Battlefield 3. Also, the diving mechanic finally returns since the first Black Ops.

Multiplayer: 9
The multiplayer is now bigger and better than Modern Warfare 3. Sadly, nothing has been done with the lagging issue. Also, for the first time, you're able to have 3 attachments to your weapon which I find impressive. Unfortunately, a lot of weapons are overpowerd and need to be nerfed or something. But the main reason to get this game is for the Zombies which is fun to play with friends.

Gameplay: 8
Not too much change has occurred in Black Ops 2. Other than the new gun animation, branching storylines, and the return of the diving mechanic. In general, it's just another COD game.

Call Of Duty Black Ops II has the best story yet. The IW engine is old now, but it does benefit from its 60 frames per second. The multiplayer is bigger and better, but nothing has been done with the lagging issue. But the main reason why this game is good, is the Zombies. Play this game with friends, it's the best that way.

Resident Evil 6 Review

Hey Guys, I've been playing Resident Evil 6 for about two weeks and still haven't beaten it completely. Though, I've beat ever campaign except for Ada's campaign. Anyways, when Resident Evil 6 came out, it was met with mixed reception from both critics and fans. If you read my editorial of why I was scared for Resident Evil 6, I was right. However, Resident Evil 6 isn't really a bad game, it's just that it doesn't feel like Resident Evil.
Story: 9.5
Resident Evil 6 has the best story in the series and benefits from excellent voice acting. However, Resident Evil has turned from survival horror to Hollywood action which really sucks about the game, especially for veteran Resident Evil fans. Now, out of all the campaigns, Leon's campaign is the best since it's the closest to survival horror, but has difficult bosses. Chris and Jake's campaigns were bad in my opinion, while Chris's campaign is more emotional.

Gameplay: 8.5
Unlike past Resident Evil games, you're more agile in combat such as rolling and lying on your back. These mechanics make me feel like I'm playing Max Payne. Sadly, the camera is way too zoomed in on you which mean you can barely see your legs. Though, the dodge rolls can really come in handy during boss fights.
Graphics: 9.5
Resident Evil 6 probably has the best graphics I've seen all year. The graphics allow for more detailed enemies and realistic character models.

Multiplayer: 9
Resident Evil 6 is more fun when you go through it with a friend. You can play it solo if you want, but it'll be harder. So I highly recommend that you play this game on Co-op.

VGT SCORE: 8.9 OUT OF 10 (Great)
The critics obviously don't know what a good game is. It's just that Resident Evil 6 doesn't feel like a Resident Evil game anymore. Me personally, I think Resident Evil should throw in the towel. Overall, Resident Evil 6 has an excellent story (Leon's campaign is the best), good graphics, good gameplay, and awesome co-op.

Medal of Honor: Warfighter Basilan Single Player Walkthrough [HD]

Wii U Release Date And Bundles Announced!

Hey Guys, Nintendo recently announced the release date of the Wii U and it's much closer then what we anticipated. The Wii U will hit shelves on November 18th in the US, November 30th in EU, and December 8th in JP. But there's two bundles of the Wii U, which is either Black or white.

The White Set (Basic Set) will be the cheapest at $300 in the US which is over $50 more then what most people have been predicting the price will be.

The Deluxe set is the most expensive at over $350 in the US, but comes with a lot more content then the Basic Set.

So which set are you getting when the Wii U releases? But I can't wait to see what Nintendo has in store for all of us. If there are any questions, please do ask in the comment section below.

Call Of Duty Black Ops II: Wave 3 Rewards Announced

Hey Guys, Wave 3 is here for players who pre-ordered Call Of Duty Black Ops 2. This time you are able to choose between three rewards and I think only one of them are actually good.
The first reward is entering a sweepstakes to visit Treyarch and to win a Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 Turtle Beach headsets. Either way, the chances of winning are very low which sucks! Really GameStop? The last is a Quadrotor Xbox Live Prop and on PSN you get the Aftermath theme.

If you want to hear my opinion, these items SUCK! I paid $65 to get into a sweepstakes you can't even win and a dumb prop/theme for your console, but I chose to get the prop because you can only pick ONE of the rewards! The next and final wave will be announced on October 8th(My Birthday!) and I really hope it's good. For crying out loud, if you pre-order Borderlands 2 you get free DLC.

Dead Space 2 Review

Hey Guys, Dead Space 3 is coming next year and I think now is the time for a Dead Space 2 review. But is Dead Space 2 as good as it sounds?
Gameplay: 9
Dead Space 2 is nowhere near as scary as the first game, but it's still gives you some scares. The controls can feel clunky at times, but you can get used to it. You also have to upgrade weapons and purchase supplies, but beware everything happens real time, so kill every enemy you see before going to a store, bench, and even saving! This game is also painfully hard and is one of few games that are hard that are made by EA (the others being Mass Effect and Mirror's Edge). But one thing that you must know that is sick about this game, the death scenes and the graphic content. When you die, the game has to show you a very gory death scene that makes you feel sick, and worst of all, you can't fight back! The health system is simple, you must find health packs in order to refill you're RIG, but these health packs are hard to come by in higher difficulties and you're RIG doesn't regenerate by itself. You also have to scavage ammo because you will somehow be needing more ammo, but you have the abilities to use telekinesis and stasis to use against enemies. Telekinesis can come in handy when you run out of ammo because you can tear the limbs off dead enemies and shoot them to impale other enemies. You are also able to stomp on bodies so you can rip them apart to use limbs or find supplies.
 Graphics: 9
The character models have great details, the physics are amazing and space has never looked this sexy. And the gore is very explicit, so I wouldn't play this game if you get sick by looking at this much gore and blood.

Story: 9
You are Issac Clarke, an engineer who survived the Necromorph invasion on a ship called the USG Ishimura. Another Necromorph invasion has occurred and it's up to you to destroy the Marker. But Issac's dead girlfriend Nichole comes back and haunts him. In summary, the story is very creative and unique.

Multiplayer: 8
I wasn't able to play the online mutliplayer for Dead Space 2 because I didn't have the online pass, so I had to play it at a friend's house. The multiplayer is like Left 4 Dead, it's a Human vs. Necromorph kind of game type. You are able to customize you're character in the multiplayer and you're loadout and for a Necromorph, you are able to improve you're abilities. I thought it was good and I think it's worth a shot.

The gameplay has it's ups and downs, which is mainly the controls that bring it down. The graphics are stunning. The story is filled with imagination and at the same time, twisted. And the mutliplayer is worth a shot, but should get some more work.

Editorial: Why I'm Afraid for Resident Evil 6

Hey Guys, in two months Capcom's long anticipated game, Resident Evil 6 will be releasing soon. But, I'm afraid that the game, might turn out bad. And here's why,
  • The long load times that were in the beta can really annoy players, so imagine having to sit in you're chair for 5 minutes just to continue the game.
  • The lighting looks terrible in my opinion, during cutscenes, I can barely see the backround.
  • There is more action than there is horror, whatever happened to the old school Resident Evil games where they were scary, you had puzzles to solve, and you had to scavage supplies.
  • The Jake character is very unappealing, I'd choose horror over action any day.
Now, if you buy Resident Evil 6, be sure to start with Leon's campaign, this campaign makes it feel like a older Resident Evil game. I'll probably hate Jake's campaign.

Editorial: Keep Children From Swearing Online!

Hey Guys, I'm sure you have been playing Halo, Battlefield, Call Of Duty or some other game and then out of nowhere, a kid joins the game. At first he doesn't speak, but then he starts swearing up a storm!

Parents with children heed my advice, don't buy your child a mic. Everytime I go online there are children as young as 7 who swear. Kids tend to swear online or insult other players because they think it's "cool". I try my best not to say anything because I'll just make it worst. Let me list a couple things so you can make sure your child is safe or if you are a victim of a swearing child,

For Parents
  • If you buy your child a mic, make sure to either Monitor him or her, or place a recording device in their room to make sure they don't swear.
  • Don't buy your child an M-rated game, they'll tend to learn swear words from the game then you.
For Players
  • If you catch a swearing child on Xbox Live or PSN, take action! Don't let them continue insulting other players, threaten them by calling Xbox Support if you are an Xbox player, I don't know about PlayStation.
  • Get their parents on the mic so you can tell them that their child is swearing, get creative to do this, but beware of the ''Microsoft Employee" prank, you can get banned for this, but only if you get caught.
  • Mute them
Children swear and insult way to much on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network, it's up to you the player or parent to stop children from doing this. But believe me, there are terrible parents who let their children swear.

Brink Review

Hey Guys, I read some reviews on Brink and they didn't seem to good. So I checked it out one day, and well urm, read the review. But the best I'm going to say is that this game is a poor man's Team Fortress 2.

Gameplay: 7
Brink utilizes SMART (Smooth Movements Across Random Terrain) which makes parkour easier to control unlike Mirror;s Edge where you have to use a combination of buttons to do some actions. SMART has it's ups and downs, so I have mixed feelings about it. Also, you need to buy you're abilities by using credits that you get from your performance during the game. And did I forget to mention that you barely sprint faster than you walk, in two of three body types. The three body types are Heavy, Medium, and Light. And the controls feel stiff, but it's not your typical first person shooter controls. I also forgot to mention that this game has the most retarded A.I. a game can offer, they don't help for crap and the enemy A.I. are smarter that your friendly A.I. Lastly, I do enjoy that you can customize your own character, but why can't I play as a female character!?

Graphics: 5
The visuals for Brink are very ugly, even Duke Nukem Forever had better graphics. The environment is not detailed and the character models as well. But I do admire the art design of the characters in Brink.

Story: 6
The story is full of creativity but it's just too simple. There are two factions in this game you can play in, Resistance and Security. Either way, you have to beat them to get the Achievement/Trophy. You can play them out of order if you want to. But either way, the story is just weak.

Multiplayer: 6
I just want to know, were the developers out of ideas when they were creating the multiplayer? The multiplayer is just the story. I really didn't enjoy it. Couldn't there be a Team Deathmatch or some other game mode? And I can't even find a multiplayer match anymore! Just stay away from the multiplayer, you may or may not like it.

The gameplay is less complex then Mirror's Edge (Review will come some time in the future) which is a good thing, but this game has horrible A.I. The story is weak and really won't have you coming back for more. The graphics are just ugly and bad. The multiplayer is just a poor man's Team Fortress 2, as a matter a fact, the whole game is!

The Darkness II Review

Hey Guys, this is actually a very late review that I started a couple of months ago and didn't finish it. But anyway, did The Darkness II live up to its hype? Or fail miserably?

Gameplay: 8.5
The gameplay feels strange, in a good way. You can use The Darkness by slashing and throwing objects at enemies while simultaneously shooting at them. Also, a hit marker is added to make sure you're enemies are dead. I can say that the gameplay is not your typical FPS. But, there is way to many cinematic moments in the game which makes it feel more of a movie. And you're able to level up your Darkness powers.

Story: 9
The story is really good, but the game is short depending on you're experience. However, there is a lot of twist and turns in the game. And it makes you choose hard decision during some points in the game.

Graphics: 8
The graphics look like Borderlands, but they are detailed. However, some parts of the environment around you look bland, but acceptable.

Multiplayer: 7
The Darkness II doesn't have cooperative multiplayer but it does have co-op missions. But I really didn't enjoy them since they are short and really boring. So I don't think the multiplayer is worth a try.

The story is very good and really has that "dark" mood into it. Gameplay really stands out and doesn't feel like your typical first person shooter. Graphics look like Borderlands, but doesn't run on Unreal Engine 3. The multiplayer was really disappointing. I really suggest you pick up this game, it's worth it. But I have to be honest, the replay level is low, so rent it before you buy it.

Editorial: Warfighter will be better than Black Ops 2! (Biased Opinion)

Hey Guys, Medal Of Honor Warfighter is on the way and so is Call Of Duty Black Ops 2. In 2010, Medal Of Honor was a disappointment while Call Of Duty Black Ops was both a critical and financial hit. But it's 2012 and Medal Of Honor is ready for a comeback.

Let's face it COD fans, there's always a new Call Of Duty game every year and it feels more of an add-on rather then it's own game. I can admit that I do play COD, but not as much anymore. I love Battlefield, Medal Of Honor, and Call Of Duty, so don't be hating on me afterwards. Let me list why Warfighter will beat Black Ops 2 this year.
  • The graphics and visuals for Warfighter will beat Black Ops 2 for sure since it utilizes the Frostbite 2 engine.
  • Warfighter will be more realistic than Black Ops 2 since it went 100% unrealistic.
  • The multiplayer for Warfighter might even be better than Battlefield 3 which can beat the multiplayer for Black Ops 2.
On the negative side, Black Ops 2 will sell more than Warfighter since there is a lot of COD fanatics in the world(mostly annoying 12 year olds).

I can admit that I already pre-ordered Black Ops 2 before knowing Warfighter was announced. Also, I really hate COD players who call themselves "gamers" when all they play is COD. Plus, one very stupid COD player said that Max Payne 3 was a COD ripoff. Wow, I don't remember that you can use slow motion in COD. And like I said, I'm no fanboy, I'm just being biased. And, I going to buy both Black Ops 2 and Warfighter.

Gears Of War: Judgment Release Date

Hey Guys, the release date of Gears Of War: Judgment was confirmed at Comic-Con. A little side note, Judgment is a prequel, not a sequel to Gears Of War 3.

Gears Of War: Judgment is set to release on March 19, 2013. The new OverRun mode looks really cool in my opinion. But I'm still having mixed opinions on the game since it's a prequel.

Hey Guys, a recent ad on Orgin states that if you pre-order Medal Of Honor: Warfighter on their website, then you'll gain access to the Battlefield 4 beta. But EA never did confirm it, it was only rumored.

I'm just wondering, DICE is still making Battlefield 3 DLC until March of 2013 which is End Game, and I don't think they'll have enough time to develop Battlefield 4. But I'm anticipating it to release late 2013 or early 2014.

Battlefield 3 Premium Reaches 800,000 Members

Hey Guys, EA has confirmed that the Premium service for Battlefield 3 has over 800,000 members. However, I did say to avoid it in my last post.
Next time, I'll describe how bad EA really is. They used to be a good company but no. Like Battlefield Premium, all you're paying for is the Map Packs, the rest should be free.

Mass Effect 3 Review

Hey Guys, the final entry in the Mass Effect trilogy will end the story of Commander Shepard and it's your job to take earth back!

Gameplay: 9
I love that you are able to choose dilouge during cutscenes, but it will effect the rest of the game. It can go from the fate of a character to the fate of a Colony. There are three ways to play the game: RPG, Story, and Action. I highly recommend playing on RPG since it's like playing a regular Mass Effect game. You're able to upgrade your powers and weapons. Also, the level system returns in Mass Effect 3. I almost forgot, for those of you who aren't familar with the Mass Effect series, you're able to customize your character and your armor. A little note to, an online pass is required for online play and the Galaxy At War system. I'll talk about the Galaxy At War system at the end of this review. But be sure to buy Mass Effect 3 new, NOT PRE-OWNED. You're able to create a romance with most characters inclding same-sex relationships. Sadly, the enemy AI are smarter than your team AI
Graphics: 8
The enviroment around you look detailed along with the holographic items as well. But there is some glitches with the engine. Also, most of the character models look bland and especially on Commander Shepard.
Multiplayer: 7
I didn't really enjoy the multiplayer. But this is where the Galaxy At War system comes in. You're able to create a total new character for the multiplayer and highest level you can reach is twenty. Galaxy At War is supposed to help you get the best ending possible in Mass Effect 3 which is EMS. The higher it is, the better the final battle is. War assests, multiplayer wins, and multiplayer characters help increase the EMS.
Story: 9.5
A lot of tension is in this game, the dilouge is pretty good. A lot of twist and turns happen in the game. The story will take about, 15-30 hours to complete depending on how you play it. Insanity will make it longer. You'll be so excited to play the game and can't wait to play it.
The story is great and full of tension. I wounl't play the multiplayer, all you're doing is surving waves of enimies. The graphics are good. But be sure to buy new copies of Mass Effect 3 since it has an online pass. I got a new copy for $30.

Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut Coming Next Week

Hey Guys, the free download for Mass Effect 3 will be released on June 26th on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and July 4th in Europe on PlayStation. This download is 1.09GB, so save some space on your hard drive. This was however, announced back in April.
This extended cut was made to add more cutscenes and an epilogue to explain Shepard's journey due to game's really bad ending, but it doesn't change it. I didn't beat it though and I will post a review sometime in the future. So if you didn't like the ending, you know what to do.

Battlefield Premium: Not Worth It

Hey Guys, I just want to say that the Battlefield Premium is not worth the money. It's just as bad as Call Of Duty Elite. Think about it, it's just EA's attempt to make more money.

First, let me list the benefits that come with the Battlefield 3 Premium service,
  • You get all the Map packs for free which include Back To Karkand, Close Quarters, Armored Kill, Aftermath, and End Game. Since EA make overpriced DLC, this is a $75 value in the US. And that's 20 maps in total. And you can play them two weeks early before they are released.
  • Also you are given 20 new weapons, 10 new vehicles, 4 new game modes, 30 more assignments (which I really don't care about), and 20 new dog tags which come with each of the DLC when they are released. What kind of crap is this! You can get all that for free in an UPDATE!
  • You are also given Double XP events and weapon drops. You can also be given these free in an UPDATE!
  • You are also able to reset your stats and customize an emblem. You can get this free in an UPDATE!
All in all, it's just not worth it. You might as well walk to a ledge and throw away 50 dollars from it. The only thing that's worth it are the map packs since you get them all for the the price of $50 instead of $75. Otherwise, your wasting your money on content that can be free. So screw both Call Of Duty Elite and Battlefield Premium, I have better things to do with my money.

Aliens: Colonial Marines Release Date!

Hey Guys, this may seem good but it's not. I'm sad to say that Aliens will not be released this year. The game will release on February 12, 2013. This is just horrible, even Tomb Raider and Bioshock Infinite will be released in 2013.

In other news, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier will be released tommorow. I might post up a review sometime this week for the game.

Max Payne 3 Review

Hey Guys, now I didn't complete the campaign yet but it doesn't matter now. But I can say that this game is a total must own.
Story: 8
The story is sort of hard to follow if you aren't very familiar to Max Payne. But the story is pretty good so far and the game is LONG! I also admire that the story is presented in a comic book fashion.

Gameplay: 9.5
The controls can get some time to get used to, but the gameplay is just awesome! The Bullet Dodge can come in handy and the game makes great use of slow motion, this comes in handy to avoid bullets. Do not play this game on a Hard difficulty it gets very irritating, so I recommend you play this on Normal. If you want to try Free Aim be my guest, but you have to have good accuracy.

Graphics: 9
The character models look interesting and so does the environment around you.

Multiplayer: 9
I didn't think the multiplayer wasn't going to be that fun, but then I ended up actually enjoying it. The bad parts of the multiplayer is the wait time to connect to the server and it's online only, sorry people who don't have online.

Max Payne delivers the goods that gamers want. The story is pretty unique, and the comic book effects make it look good. The controls are hard to learn, but the gameplay is astounding. Graphics are good. The multiplayer is also worth a shot but sadly it's online only.

Two Gamers #13- Rage Quit?

Superm6031: Hey Guys, and welcome to another exciting episode of Two Gamers! This week, Marcus is playing Homefront on the hardest difficulty and karma somehow, isn't on his side.
Marcus: I have no clue why people think Heartland is the hardest mission in this game? It's so easy!
Rob: Yeah, wait till you get to the church then you'll change your mind.
Marcus: Dude, I'm too good at Video Games. Nothing is too hard for me to handle!
Rob: That's what you said about Black Ops, that one mission took you 5 months to beat.
Marcus: Well all Video Game developers didn't know what the heck their doing, so yeah. And it makes you wonder what they were smoking up at the time.
Rob: Well you do realize that the developers who Homefront are now jobless, right?
Marcus: Oh really?
Rob: Yeah, really.
Marcus: Well they did a great job on this game why did they close down?
Rob: Let me put this in a term where you can understand, Homefront Sucked!!
Marcus: Look, this game doesn't even su- WHAT THE DOG CRAP BRO THEY'RE ONLY SHOOTING AT ME.
Rob: Dude, calm down, it's just a game.
Marcus: Calm Down?! My teammates aren't even helping me, there just shooting at random crap! And the enemy AIs are too focused on killing me instead of them!
Rob: That's one problem with Homefront man, the AIs are extremely dumb.
Marcus: Dude how many of these guys are even here, they just keep on infinitely spawning at random places!
Rob: I told you, this part of the game is literally broken.
Marcus: Screw it I'm just going to run through them!
Rob: I wouldn't do that if I were you...
Rob: Okay I'll just call Nick, hopefully he'll get your money back.
Marcus: NO! I need to beat this level otherwise I'll regret it for the rest of my life!
Rob: Well, okay then man.
Marley: Oh hey Nick!
Nick: What do you need today Marley!
Marley: I'm just here to buy a video game, as usual.
Nick: I can give you a recommendation.
Marley: Okay, I want to hear it.
Nick: Have you tried Homefront?
Marley: I never heard of it.
Nick: Well it's about Korean Republic taking over the United States.
Marley: That sounds pretty interesting! But how much does it cost right now?
Nick: Right now it's, $15 dollars.
Marley: Good price and a great looking cover, I'll buy it!
Nick: Good choice my friend, good choice!
*30 Minutes Later*
Marley: Sweet I get to snipe people from a tower!
Marcus: I just want to destroy this game, this level is nearly impossible to complete!
Nick: I think I already know that...
Nick: Good, now you have to stay alive in order to get in the heli-
Nick: Marcus, just calm down!
Nick: What?
*Marcus Takes Out Homefront*
*Throws Out The Window*
Nick: I'll tell you one thing, how are you supposed to get a refund on that game?
Marcus: ....
Nick: Marcus..
Marcus: WHAT THE FU-
Superm6031: Believe it or not I got frustrated at Homefront on that one mission Heartland on Guerrilla difficulty. That level is literally broken.

Marley: Nick I want a refund on this game!
Nick: But why?

Editorial: Why I Like The MK14 In MW3

Hey Guys, my favorite weapon in Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is currently the MK14. Most players consider this to be the most overpowered weapon in the game. And this weapon is seriously overpowered, no frigging joke! But here's why I like it.
Weapon mk14 large.png
  • It takes about two hits to kill somebody at close range. But since this weapon is Semi-Automatic, it fails at close range, but it's super accurate.
  • The recoil can be easily manged with the Kick proficiency and or the Suppressor attachment.
  • It's an instant kill if you shoot somebody in the head with this gun.
  • It takes about 3 hits from a far range to kill someone
If you play Modern Warfare 3 online, I would highly recommend this gun to you. Especially in the Search & Destroy game mode, and believe me, when your good with it, you'll level up extremely quick.

Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City Review

Hey Guys, I've been a fan of Resident Evil for a pretty long time. But when I played Operation Raccoon City, I though to myself when did Resident Evil go wrong.

Story: 5
Events that occurred in Resident Evil 2 do appear in Operation Raccoon City. Although I have no idea what this team is dealing with. It goes from one scenario to another, and one mission to another. Let alone that this game is relatively short. And the worst part of the story is that your mostly killing military members rather than zombies.

Graphics: 7
Even when your playing the game in 1080p, the graphics are just average. But the character models are pretty good looking. And somehow, the graphics are bold looking.

Gameplay: 6
Capcom always wants to try something new with Resident Evil when it comes to the gameplay. If you played Resident Evil Outbreak, you can turn into a Zombie but you loose control over your character. There is also this new element is the game where you can automatically take cover, but this is extremely annoying. If I recall correctly, this is probably the only Resident Evil game where you can dive. Also, the gun shots are extremely unrealistic sounding. Overall, the Gameplay is just mediocre.

Multiplayer: 5
I didn't enjoy the Versus mode, the only good mode is the Heroes mode. And the Co-Op is pretty good, but since the game is bad, it's hard to even find a match. So not even the Multiplayer is enough to actually make this game "fun".

The story honestly has nothing to do with the main storyline of the Resident Evil Franchise. Thee Gameplay is average and sometimes bad. The graphics are average as well. And the Multiplayer and Co-Op don't really make it up to the hype. So please for the love of god, don't pay $60 dollars for this game, at least rent it to see if you like. Where did Resident Evil Go Wrong?!

Editorial: So Addicted To Team Fortress 2...

Hey Guys, I'm like totally hyped up on Team Fortress 2 right now. It's totally fun to play since there is no hackers and no K/D ratio. So I can do whatever I want in the game and I don't care if I do suck at the game badly.
File:TF2 Group.jpg
You can download the game for free on Steam or get it from The Orange Box. Believe me, this game is pretty fun, I'm surprised this game is free.

Q: Any Changes In The Factions?

Assassin's Creed 3 Box Art (With Time Period Info!)

Hey Guys, Ubisoft released the box art for their upcoming game Assassin's Creed 3! It may also give details on the time period on this game. Although little is known on the new character in the game.

* The left side was actually Red, which was the British and The Blue side were the Americans. I though the left side was actually Gray at first.

At first I thought it was the Civil War, but after looking at the Trailer, it actually takes place during the American Revolution. Which was a war with America and Great Britain.

Little details are known at this time. Although, the game will run on Frostbite 2 which is the same game engine for Battlefield 3. Also the game is going to be released sometime in October. Hopefully this game will be better than the first Medal Of Honor in 2010, which was an okay game.

VGT Tech: CryEngine, The Most Powerful Graphics Ever?

Hey Guys, for those of you who are familiar with Crytek and aren't, well it's time for some "nerd" talk about CryEngine.
File:CryEngine3 Logo.png
Most of you are probably wondering what exactly is CryEngine? Well CryEngine is a video game graphics engine that is owned by Cryteck and used notably in the Crysis franchise. CryEngine produces environmental destruction and realistic looking visuals. It's even proved to be more powerful then Epic Games' Unreal Engine 3 and  EA's Frostbite engine.

Crysis 2 image 3285985

Unreal Engine, Frostbite Engine, and CryEngine 3 are good graphics. Although CryEngine 3 tops both of them for it's extremely realistic gameplay and visuals. Anyways see you guys soon on another edition of VGT Tech.
