Should you buy the Halo 5 Xbox One bundle?

Hey Guys, Gamescom is just full of surprises but this one actually isn't such a surprise. Microsoft announced a $500 1TB Halo 5 Guardians Xbox One game console.

As a side note, this is a pretty crappy looking screenshot, but it's the only one available at the moment so sorry for the inconvenience. It only makes the design look awful.

Anyways, pre-orders for the game begin today. This will also come with a digital copy of the game, the Warzone REQ bundle, in-game armor, and an emblem. This also comes with a Guardian figure, Blue & Osiris team dossiers, Spartan Locke's Classified Orders, and a copy of Halo: The Fall of Reach animated series.

The console itself has this metallic blue accents and Halo-themed sound effects.

Okay, now here are my thoughts if this is worth a buy. Unlike the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition bundle, this bundle includes a 1TB hard drive. However, the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition technically comes with 5 games due to the deal Microsoft announced yesterday about getting every Gears of War game by just playing Gears of War: Ultimate Edition.

The Warzone REQ bundle comes with 14 map packs, but I'm positive there is going to be more map packs. It would have been a lot better if this came with a season pass! If someone is going to pay $500 for this, it could at least come with the complete game!

I would say only buy this if you're a massive Halo fan and are looking to buy an Xbox One. However, this is not a bundle that people should be buying because you really aren't getting much out of this. The only reason a causal gamer should buy this for is for the 1TB hard drive.

The bundle itself launches on October 20th, but you won't be able to play Halo 5 until October 27th which means you can pre-download the game, so you don't have to wait like 2 hours to download the game.
Till Next Time!!
