The Flock will be taken down once every player dies

Hey Guys, I never heard of this game before, but it's going viral after it's been revealed that the game will only be available as long as players are still alive. I thought this was a joke, but the developer was serious.
You can check out the game's official website here.
Players will take control of creatures from the flock and must fight each other to get this artifact that will turn them into a human. If you ever played a game of Griftball in Halo, then it's you should know it's a similar concept.

It's not known yet if the game does have permanent deaths or not. However, it been announced that the amount of lives that players have will be displayed in the menus, website, and subreddit. Essentially, there is a countdown to zero to let players know when the game is over with.

I actually think this was a creative marketing move! I never seen anything like this before happen in a video game. I think the whole idea that once the population hits zero then the game is gone is pretty cool. That means more people are likely to play it because they would never get a chance to since it's essentially available for a limited time. At the same time, this game better be $5 or less because I doubt anybody would pay more than $20 for this game if it's available for such a short time.

The game will be released on Windows, Linux, and OS X. Unfortunately, console players such as myself will not get a chance to experience this game. It's set to be released sometime in Q3 2015.
Till Next Time!!
